Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing multiple teams and project timelines.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven ability to manage projects of similar scope and complexity
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of construction projects
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress, cost control, and quality standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
  • Review and approve drawings, RFIs, reports, change orders, and invoices
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities

Safety Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Safety Officer to ensure safety compliance across our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE HSE laws, strong inspection experience, and the ability to promote safe practices among workers and subcontractors.

Key Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in construction site safety
  • Knowledge of local HSE laws and construction safety standards
  • NEBOSH or equivalent certification (preferred)
  • Strong communication and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety regulations
  • Identify hazards and implement corrective measures
  • Ensure proper use of PPE by all workers
  • Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses
  • Maintain accurate safety logs, permits, and inspection reports
  • Support development and evaluation of company HSE policies
  • Coordinate emergency response drills and first-aid arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with all UAE safety codes and regulations
